We are currently looking for a Shared Services Analyst HR to join our team in CDMX.
As the Shared Services Analyst HR for GEC (Global Exec Compensation) you will support the accuracy of critical data. You will conduct a complete review of executive data elements in Workday, research corrections, support the establishment of processes and standardization for these items, and deliver ongoing maintenance. You will be responsible for understanding gaps in reporting consistency and work to improve and scale processes that support the collection and maintenance of information that is both accurate, functional, and timely.
A Day in the Life:
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data through rigorous testing.Review and analyze records and performance indicators to locate and correct data errors.Conduct complete analysis of all executive comp data elements, identifying key fields, data sources, and common themesAssist with data clean up strategy and initiativesCreate custom reports for designated regions in support of GEC missionSupport the implementation of solutions that scale and streamline data collection globallySupport reviews with stakeholders to ensure agreement on system data principlesStandardize data parametersDocument and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.Devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.Analyze impact of system changes to global executive compensation processes as it relates to dedicated regionParticipate in process improvement and strategy exercisesServe as liaison for regions and Franklin GEC NNAWho We’re Looking for:
Required:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another business-related field.Advanced English Level.Workday experience required including but not limited to Human Capital Management, Advanced Comp, Business Processes Fundamentals, Workday ReportingAbility to manage sensitive data with professional discretionExperience with operational processes to support data collection and data integrityStrong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detailAnalytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findingsExcellent written and verbal communicationAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.Desired:
Experience managing data in a large systemExperience with human resources analytics and data entry1 – 3 years of related experienceStrong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility rules.Reporting line:
