SUMMARY
As a Shahbaz, you are responsible for assisting our residents with a wide range of their daily needs and undertakings. In addition to direct patient care, they are responsible for meal preparation, house cleaning and various recreational activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care. Provide and assist with all aspects of daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing and comfort care; maintain a safe and attractive environment at all timesMeal Preparation. Prepare meals based on Food Production Sheet and create alternative choices to meet patients’ preference and nutritional needs; ensure all kitchen logs are in compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations; maintain a safe and sanitary environmentHousekeeping. Monitor housekeeping and laundry logs daily; coordinate cleaning schedulesActivity Management. Follow Recreation Community Calendar for daily plan, and check with patients for any activity preference; coordinate with the team and implement morning and afternoon activities daily; facilitate community outings; document all activities in CaretrackerREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
