The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Manager to lead EMEA Forecasting, Field Inventory Management, and the implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the region. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with finance, commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and performance metrics.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage monthly EMEA Demand Reviews and Regional S&OP meetings with Executive Leadership, analyzing commercial KPI performance, identifying root causes, and developing solutions

Lead the implementation of IBP Commercial Management Reviews across subregions and franchises, expanding country-level IBP and driving change management across EMEA

Oversee field inventory forecasting and consignment strategy, including reporting, audits, compliance, and optimization of distressed inventory risk

Forecast unit and revenue performance aligned with commercial, marketing, and finance inputs, incorporating country-specific market insights and analytics

Translate commercial strategies into forecast assumptions using tools such as Power BI and commercial analytics (e.g., market share, ASP trends, account productivity)

Support product lifecycle planning including phase-ins, phase-outs, and launch execution, ensuring alignment with inventory and sales strategies

Use scenario planning to assess risks and support informed business decisions across distributor and non-distributor markets

Reconcile forecast variances with financial commitments and explain differences between S&OP forecasts and financial targets

Continuously improve forecasting tools, systems, and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Communicate complex data and changing assumptions into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Manage and develop a team of demand planners and analysts, fostering growth and coaching on demand planning best practices

Foster a culture of accountability within the team and commercial partners, ensuring adherence to approved demand statements and strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, S&OP/IBP, or strategic operations

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel modeling and planning tools

Proven leadership experience in operations or strategic management

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience in change management and strategic partnerships

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with commercial analytics (e.g., market share, ASP trends, account productivity)

Experience with field inventory management and compliance

Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics and bottoms-up forecasting methodologies

Executive-level stakeholder engagement and reporting
