Job Description1. Contractor Workers (CW) Management & Operational Governance
Develop the overall lifecycle management process for contractor workers (budgeting, recruitment, renew /replacement, exit) fully comply with global guideline and local regulatory requirementsEstablish standardized online and offline management protocols (e.g., approval, data standardization, cross-alignment) to ensure operational consistencyMaintain centralized dashboard tracking CW status, and conduct regular process audits, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement initiatives.2. Sales Incentive (VC) Design & Performance Analytics
Build VC/SPIFF frameworks tied to business KPIs (e.g., revenue, growth, profitability), ensuring motivational alignment with strategic priorities Monitor payout effectiveness through ROI metrics, based on market dynamics. Develop predictive analytics to forecast VC (regular & SPIFF) outcomes3. Analytics & Optimization
Build and maintain CW dashboards and VC reporting systems to enhance frequent visibilityPerform deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunitiesPartner with Business leadership & HR BP to translate insights into operational improvements4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Business to ensure contractor policies comply with labor regulations and support business needs.Facilitate interdepartmental meetings to align on CW process requirements and dashboard efficiencyQualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.Experience:
5+ years in operations management, sales support, or HR OPs, with prior contractor workforce management experience or Sales data analytics preferredProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Power BI) and modeling techniquesFamiliarity with sales workflows and performance management methodologiesCore Competencies:
