**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor field force effectiveness.
+ Support territory alignment, sales force sizing, and resource allocation.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to develop incentive plans and performance tracking tools.
+ Conduct segmentation and targeting analysis to optimize customer engagement strategies.
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
+ Maintain and enhance CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
+ Lead or support SFE-related projects and initiatives across the region.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, SFE, or Commercial Excellence, preferably in the **medical device or healthcare industry** .
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and incentive plan design is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
