Job Description

Are you an experienced Sewing Machine Operator with an eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship? Join a dynamic upholstery team and help produce high-quality chair, sofa, and loveseat covers using fabric, leather, and vinyl.

Monday to Friday.1st shift: 7am to 4:30pm.Payrate: $16-19/hr DOE.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions and free Telehealth services.

What You’ll Do:

Sew material covers for chairs, sofas, and loveseats using various machines (single stitch, double stitch, serger, tunnel tie).Match and align pre-cut material pieces to create precise, quality products.Follow instructions from the lead sewer and written guidelines.Maintain a production efficiency of 90% or higher on at least 25% of assigned styles.


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of upholstery sewing experience.Proficiency in threading and adjusting sewing machines.Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.Strong attention to quality and accuracy.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Light lifting (up to 20 lbs), pulling, use of fingers, good depth perception, and ability to distinguish colors.Commitment to safety and adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
