Job Description Day to day: Our client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Settlements Analyst to launch their career in the banking industry by joining a Global Settlements team of 13 based in St. Paul, MN. Supporting security settlements across 93 countries, the team ensures timely processing of equity, bond, and foreign exchange transactions, while reconciling accounts and posting credits and debits in accordance with European regulations (CSDR). Responsibilities include manually posting penalties, resolving exceptions, and communicating trade statuses across internal teams. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel—comfortable with macros, formulas, and building charts or tables—and demonstrates strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.
