Position: Settlement Deduction Coordinator
Job Description:
The Settlement Deduction Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth processing and reconciliation of financial transactions related to settlements. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the settlement deduction process for Owner Operators
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
+ Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies or issues
+ Maintain accurate transaction records
+ Update/generate/distribute reports as needed
+ Communicate with financial institutions, clients, and internal departments regarding settlement matters
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
+ Assist in process improvements and system enhancements to optimize efficiency
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent
+ Transportation experience is a plus
+ Experience in financial settlements, payroll, or accounting operations
+ Excellent communication skills via email
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
