We are currently seeking a Security Education Training Awareness (SETA) Security Specialist II to support our NSWC customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will serve as the SETA Lead on all actions and required information related to the requirements, development, and execution of the SETA support to projects and products as well as the following tasking.
Duties:
Develop and distribute a quarterly Security newsletter Coordinate security awareness distributions with relevant security stakeholders Coordinate Security Education Training Awareness (SETA) requirements across all security programs Coordinate with Workforce Development to implement strategies to facilitate timely completion of mandatory security-related training Develop standardized security-related training offerings for inclusion in Crane Division University (CDU) as well as targeted Navy-standardized online training for command stakeholders (Security 101, New-Hire Onboarding, Security Coordinators, Custodians, Managers, etc.) Conduct face-to-face training for NSWC Crane workforce Coordinate train-the-trainer and mentoring programs for Security Division personnel to develop their skills as effective presentersRequired Education:
Bachelors Degree ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Prior Military Experience with Instructor Training Course Certification or ExperienceRequired Experience:
Two (2) years of relevant work experience Curriculum developmentMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
