As a Machine Set Up Technician, you will support production by performing machine changeovers, equipment setups, and light maintenance to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer: Pay of  $20.08 per hour Second Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Third Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Voluntary overtime opportunities Health benefits Temp-to-hire position Opportunities for advancement What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 2–3 years of production maintenance or machine setup experience Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to continuous improvement and safety practices Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed What You’ll Do as a Machine Set Up Technician: Perform machine changeovers, general setups, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform light maintenance tasks Load and unload ovens as required Identify and differentiate item codes and materials Complete production paperwork including reports and requisitions Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support staff Train new operators and assist with operator coordination Identify and respond to abnormal quality issues following proper procedures Support production trials, pre-production runs, and Kaizen activities Maintain and lead 5S (workplace organization) activities daily Ensure adherence to safety and operating standards Perform other duties as assigned
