Maintenance Specialist|Grant Park, IL|HIRING IMMEDIATELY|

 

Starting Pay Range: $23.70 to $25.12 an hour

 

Shift Available: 3:00pm-11:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

Responsibilites:

Setup of a variety of machinery and equipment.Adjust machines for changeovers.Use of a wide variety of tools to make the necessary adjustments.Must get line up and running to standard within time standards.Must be able to perform minor maintenance repairs.Ability to train people.Must be willing to work as a key member in a team environment.Must treat employees with dignity and respect.Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with all employees.Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete projects. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Analytical, problem solving, and strong technical skills including mechanical, electrical and PLC programming.Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, motivation, planning, organizing, professionalism, quality, quantity, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, initiative, innovation.HS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree.3 + years technician experience within Plastics industry.Must have own tools and be able to use them safely and effectively.
