Técnico de Set Up – Inyección de Aluminio

Objetivo del puesto:Realizar el montaje, ajuste y preparación de moldes, parámetros y equipos en las máquinas de inyección de aluminio, asegurando un arranque eficiente del proceso, conforme a los estándares de calidad, seguridad y productividad establecidos por la empresa.

Responsabilidades principales:Realizar el montaje y desmontaje de moldes en máquinas de inyección de aluminio.Ajustar y verificar los parámetros de inyección, temperatura, presión, tiempos de ciclo, etc.Asegurar el buen estado del molde y los periféricos antes del arranque.Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos y de control.Coordinar con mantenimiento y calidad para solucionar desviaciones durante el set up.Realizar pruebas de proceso y validar primeras piezas con base en especificaciones técnicas.Documentar cambios de moldes y ajustes de parámetros en los formatos establecidos.Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad industrial, uso de EPP y normas de orden y limpieza.Participar en actividades de mejora continua y mantenimiento preventivo.

Requisitos:Educación: Técnico o carrera técnica en Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial o afín.Experiencia: 2 años mínimo en procesos de inyección de aluminio o set up de moldes.Conocimientos técnicos:Fundición por inyección (die casting)Moldes y sistemas de coladaHidráulica y neumática básica
