We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO** **PUESTO:** Set – Up **JEFE INMEDIATO:** Supervisor de Ingenieria / Ingeniero de Manufactura **DEPARTAMENTO:** Ingenieria **DESCRIPCION GENERICA:** El Set Up será capaz de mantener los ajustes en los equipos en óptimas condiciones para lograr los objetivos de la empresa en cuanto a Calidad, Productividad, tiempo de entrega. **COMPROMISO DE CALIDAD:** Hacer sus funciones de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente **ACTIVIDADES ESPECIFICAS:** + Ajustes en cambios de modelo + Verificación de los ajustes de Modelo + Asegurar que las bobinas (Auxiliar y Principal) estén dentro de la especificación que marca el dibujo y de acuerdo con calidad. + Asegurar que el ajuste de las insertadoras sea de acuerdo al modelo, y que se este usando los paquetes de herramientas adecuadas para el calibre de alambre y que estos estén en buen estado. + Verificar que los snitchers estén funcionando y en buen estado + Procesar un estator en la maquina insertadota asegurándose que cumpla con los criterios de calidad + Verificar en Preformer que todos los cuff-fingers estén colocados en la prensa así como en el drift estén todas las navajas. Hacer un ciclo completo en automático y verificar las condiciones del primer estator. + Asegurar que el squeege tenga todas las navajas y este funcionando correctamente + Verificar en la Blocker que en la prensa tenga todos los cuff-fingers y que el drift tenga todas las navajas y dar algunos ciclos completos en automático verificando los tres últimos statores de blocking –gage y criterios de calidad. Esta actividad se realizará al inicio del turno y en el cambio de modelo. + Crimpar un motor en cada maquina de APT, asegurándose de las piezas que estén bien indicando luz verde ,en caso contrario proceda a calibrar la maquina según el procedimiento de calibración + Asegurar que la maquina BTF este expandiendo en forma adecuada mediante la prueba de lamina y procesar un motor asegurándose que la prensa toque completamente el core, verificando que no exista separación entre el core y la prensa + Realizar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo al herramental de acuerdo al programa de tareas de MP2. **PERFIL DEL TITULAR DE LA POSICION:** Escolaridad: Preparatoria técnica, Superior Tecnica o Ingenieria Habilidades: Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y bajo presión, manejo básico de herramientas y herramental (Tooling) Manejo de Computación Seguridad: Lentes y Zapato de Seguridad (dentro del área de producción) Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
