Description
As the Servicing Operations Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the receiving, delivery, and digitization of all incoming mail. This position requires the use of various applications, procedures, and computer skills. The department is a high volume, fast-paced environment with various SLA’s. This environment requires accuracy and attention to detail as there is direct customer impact.
Primary responsibilities include:
Performs advanced clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature in a fast-paced environment.Utilizes methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s).Determines the source of problems and works to resolve them accurately and within service level agreements.Will also utilize knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to help minimize financial risk to Citizens and detailed knowledge of multiple systems to solve problems.Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.Receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages.Preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipment.Researching and responding to inquiries from colleagues across the bank.Digitization of mail, colleague correspondence and customer documentation.Assist with data collection and documentation of mail and packages that require research.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
