Servicing Assoc Supervisor

Provide direction and support for Service Issues and Work Orders. Promote a positive approach to all interaction with customers, sales reps, customer service reps, and service technicians. Serve as the driver behind process safety, quality, delivery and morale. **How You'll Create Impact** + Supervise and provide leadership for all assigned Team Members within department or Value Stream. + Responsible for attendance, development, promotion and disciplinary actions of Team Members. Assist in recruitment of team members. + Responsible for day-to- day compliance and adherence to FDA QSR requirements. + Review on a daily basis work orders, communication, and issues that may require additional input or involvement. + Help drive/ lead continuous improvement projects. + Ensure team members are assigned proper training and up to date to perform assigned functions. + Ensure management is informed of all significant developments regarding the operation. + Ensure key constraints are managed and properly staffed. + Responsible for overall performance management for hourly Team Members, including preparing and delivering annual performance reviews. _This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act._ **What Makes You Stand Out** + Knowledge of Company products, processes and Good Manufacturing practices. + Ability to work within and build a team environment not only within the organization unit, but also across departments and shifts. + Basic understanding of quality systems. + Basic understanding of lean/continuous improvement concepts. + Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with customers, sales reps, customer service, and service technicians. + Flexibility to re-prioritize tasks as needs change with strong time management skills. **Your Background** + High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree a plus. + Minimum of 4 years combined servicing, customer service, and/or military experience; or 6 years of combined industry, military and/or related (customer service, quality, or logistics) experience. + A combination of education and experience will be considered. + 0 years of supervisory or leadership experience required but 1+ preferred; may include military leadership experience. **Travel Expectations** Up to 10% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
