What will be your Key Responsibilities:

Support work order validation activities to ensure payment is made only for valid transactionsTrack and manage billing exceptionsProvide clear and timely communication and support to our Authorized Warranty Service Providers (AWSPs)Assist with the preparation and management of penalty reporting

What we are looking for:

Active student status (preferably in business, economics, finance, or a related field)Availability for 20 hours per week.Advanced Excel + other Microsoft Office productsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approachGood communication skills and willingness to interact with partnersGood command of English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
