A results-driven Services Sales Principal to lead and grow our services portfolio. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key clients, and selling IT solutions such as Managed Services/As a service biz, Data Management/Ai Solution, and Advance Storage Services. The ideal candidate is to have IT services business appreciation and commercial savvy, capable of bridging client needs with service delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
      •     Drive sales of IT services, including managed services/ XaaS, data management/Ai, and IT infrastructure Services
      •     Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
      •     Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
      •     Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Managers, and procurement teams.
      •     Collaborate with account sales, pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to propose tailored solutions.
      •     Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs and tenders.
      •     Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
      •     Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
      •     Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:
      •     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
      •     3–5 years of proven sales experience in IT services or solution selling.
      •     Strong understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
      •     Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      •     Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
      •     Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
