Job Responsibilities:
Services Sales Executive take ownership of quoting ALL Renewals in Healthcare; regardless of the deal size. For all email correspondence, Services Sales Executive will keep Inside Sales/AMs in the email loop
Prior to Renewal RFQ submissions, based on our 2 checker system, Services Sales Executive
Services Sales Executive needs to understand competitive pricing with guidance from Inside Sales/AMs/SD. Services Sales Executive will work on the simulated competitive pricing and discuss with Inside Sales/AMs/SD
Although AMs will update SFDC renewal opportunities, Services Sales Excutive to own the renewal opportunities in SFDC and the whole renewal sales end to end process (including quoting, follow up, booking); supported by Inside Sales/AMs/SD
For In Quarter Renewal opportunities, True Cost must be reflected in SFDC
SFDC creation and updates - Services Sales Executive to update AMs. AMs to update renewal opportunities in SFDC. Account Payable (AP) will be supported by AM and not Services Sales Executive
The above applies to ALL software license renewals and also maintenance renewals
Assist sales with services & support related queries
Prepare services sales proposal & compliance
Understand customers business drivers and identify influencers and key stakeholders within a customer organization.
Conduct high impact services presentations
Generate Services Revenue & Profits for the company through means of assisting the sales to win services and support opportunities
Engage on Service Lifecycle methodology on assigned accounts, ensure timely services renewals, and needs enhancement based on the customer changing environment
Track customer renewals & trends pertaining to services
Perform data analysis based on Services win/lose rates and Singapore market trends.
Interlock with the Account Team to maintain one constant approach
Required Qualifications:
Essential
Diploma or Higher in IT, Business or related field
Preferably 1-2 years experience in IT or inside sales function
Must be customer service oriented
Must be self-motivated, team player, and keen interest to learn
High Proficiency in Verbal & Written English Language
Expert Level in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Power Point
Ability to effectively present information to customer and internal stakeholders when required
Cisco Product Knowledge is Preferred
