Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of the services supply chain and facilitate the implementation of best practices across Geos.
Lead the strategic planning and PMO for cost optimization and operational excellence.
Act as the service supply chain focal point for CSP to support business growth initiatives.
Be responsible for E2E service supply chain cost visibility, driving process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Analyze KPI performance regularly to address areas of underperformance and implement AI/automation solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in managing service supply chain operations and implementing best practices.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with a focus on cost optimization and operational excellence.
Ability to act as a focal point for cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
Expertise in end-to-end cost visibility and process improvement within supply chain operations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements through technology solutions.
Leadership experience, including team development and mentorship, to foster a high-performing workforce.
