The Role\: Services Commercial Policy Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Commercial Policy Specialist in our Cavite office.

Mission\:

•Make it easier to do business and enable profitable growth thru simplified and consistent commercial policy and pricing rules•Establish and maintain the necessary service pricing rules to support business efficiency and compliance

What will you do?

•Lead Transformations\: Drive hands-on deployment of commercial policy across countries, including the integration of key elements into ERP systems, through a 'fly-in and execute' approach—requiring up to 30% travel•Align Strategy & Execution\: Bridge global guidelines with local market needs, regulatory requirements, and platform capabilities•Ensure Governance & Delivery\: Establish strong governance and ensure timely completion of transformation plans with continuous communication across global and local teams•Drive Synchronization\: Work in close collaboration with other parallel projects to ensure alignment and synchronization across initiatives
