Services Business Systems Manager (Tektronix)

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Services Business Systems Manager to own and optimize the suite of software tools that power our services business. In this role, you will serve as the critical interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our systems — from CRM to field service management, quoting, billing, and reporting — are effectively supporting and evolving with our services growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: + Act as the owner for key software systems used by our services team to run our business + Partner closely with services leadership to understand evolving business objectives and translate them into system requirements and priorities. + Collect VOC and VOE to understand where improvements will most dramatically impact key metrics and the user experience + Own and maintain a roadmap of systems enhancements and integrations that align with business goals. + Lead requirements gathering and drive prioritization of system improvements, balancing impact, effort, and dependencies. + Deliver training and standard work to service teams to ensure successful adoption and proper use + Work with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Customer Success) to implement changes and manage rollouts. + Monitor system adoption, collect user feedback, and continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows or improve user experience. + Serve as a subject matter expert for how technology enables our services operations. Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in software product management, business systems, services operations, or IT project management. + Strong understanding of how software systems support a services business (e.g., service scheduling, ticketing, quoting, billing) + Experience working with MS Dynamics or other ERP/CRM/service management platforms strongly preferred + Proven ability to prioritize and manage a roadmap of enhancements across multiple stakeholders. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical audiences. + Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
