Key Responsibilities:
Overall, 5-8 years of enterprise level application design and development experience in Health & Safety requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
3 to 6 years of experience as Design, implement, and configure the ServiceNow Health & Safety module to meet business requirement.
3 years (Minimum) of experience in EHS module of ServiceNow
2 years (Minimum) of experience in Optimizations of the Health & Safety module to ensure peak performance and compliance.
Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to the Health & Safety module.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the Health & Safety module.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certification in ITSM, Health & Safety, or related areas.
