**Description** Tyto Athene is searching for a **ServiceNow Specialist - SME** to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. **Responsibilities:** + Develops and integrates a comprehensive ServiceNow implementation process, aligning people, processes, and technology across all phases of service delivery + Maintains verifiable and authoritative data within the ServiceNow platform to support a resilient and interoperable Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) architecture + Develops and maintains ServiceNow blueprints that incorporate relevant inputs, outputs, and interoperability conditions, while executing full IT service management (ITSM) lifecycle processes + Maintainsan accuratecyber and data-informed Service Catalog that aligns with USSOUTHCOM strategies and operational outcomes + Develops andmaintainsan IT Current Environment Record within ServiceNow, capturing configuration, asset, and lifecycle status + Creates and updates mission-specific workflows, automation scripts, and dashboards to align with strategic, enterprise, and tactical requirements + Develops Service Design Plans (SDPs) to incorporate interoperability standards and concept of operations activities + OptimizesServiceNow capabilities within the EIE, remediating technical debt and modernizing legacy workflows to enhance automation, reporting, and mission effectiveness **Qualifications** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degreeinComputer Science, Information Systems,or related field + 10+yearsof experience inInformation Technology with over half dedicated to ServiceNow platform implementation and support + Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Discovery or CMDB + Proficiencyin JavaScript, REST/SOAP API integrations, and glide scripting + Handsonexperience designing and customizing ServiceNow workflows and UI policies + FamiliaritywithAgile orDevSecOpsenvironments **Desired:** + Master’s degree inrelated field + ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM or SecOps + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer + Experienceworking withDoDorfederal government programs + Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and RMF frameworks + Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security tools such as Splunk **Clearance:** + Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI **Certification:** + DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role + CompTIA Security+ CE **Location:** + Doral, Florida **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
