**Job summary**
We are seeking a dedicated TCI or TCII with 1 to 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM with no country restrictions in LATAM. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who thrives in a work-from-home environment and is looking to make a significant impact on our IT services. **Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal applications to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM.
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure smooth operation.
+ Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
+ Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures.
+ Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.
+ Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
+ Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow in a timely manner.
+ Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
+ Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to standards.
+ Train and support end-users on ServiceNow functionalities to maximize adoption and usage.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures in all ServiceNow-related activities.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM functionalities.
+ Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
+ Show proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow workflows.
+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
+ Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
+ Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of configurations and processes.
+ Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is nice to have.
+ Prior experience in providing technical support for ServiceNow applications.
+ Ability to conduct system audits and performance tuning.
+ Commitment to ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
**Certifications Required**
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
