Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with strong strategic and influencing skills to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for developing and managing platform strategies that address complex business challenges and drive successful technology outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Defines and communicates enterprise-wide technology architectures and principles aligned with business strategy, organizational goals, and risk mitigation. + Partners with stakeholders to shape IT vision, guide architectural direction, and develop frameworks that support ServiceNow applications through capability and process modeling. + Leads technology strategy by championing change, creating road maps for strategic capabilities, and evaluating technologies to recommend impactful solutions. + Translates business requirements into actionable, scalable solutions that address core business challenges. + Provides technical leadership for the ServiceNow core platform, ensuring platform performance, stability, and continuous improvement. + Collaborates with vendors and product teams to deliver innovative automation solutions. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience + Five or more years’ experience with ServiceNow **Preferred Skills/Experience** + **Leadership & Influence -** Demonstrates strategic vision and sound judgment, inspires trust and confidence, and effectively influences others while managing conflict with integrity, decisiveness and discernment. + **Communication & Interpersonal Skills -** Communicates with clarity and impact, delivers compelling presentations, and maintains a strong customer focus through active listening and relationship-building. + **Execution & Results -** Drives results through effective time and priority management, consistently meets goals, and ensures successful outcomes through strong project planning, organization and execution. + **Professionalism & Resilience -** Exhibits maturity and resilience under pressure, maintaining professionalism and composure in challenging situations. + **Technical Acumen -** Applies deep technical expertise to align solutions with strategic business goals, leveraging broad knowledge of software development processes, architectural styles, and design patterns—particularly within the ServiceNow platform. Demonstrates fluency in various programming languages, a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and APIs, and familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. + ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) **Location Expectations** The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
