ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant
**About the role** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team and work collaboratively with a dynamic and inclusive environment at Cognizant. **In this role, you will:** 1. Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions 2. This sets the foundation for everything. Aligns tech capabilities with business goals and drives overall service quality. 3. Implement security measures to protect infrastructure systems 4. Security is non-negotiable. Protecting systems from threats ensures operational continuity and builds stakeholder trust. 5. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM into existing systems 6. Streamlines workflows and boosts operational efficiency, especially vital in dynamic environments. 7. Support the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans 8. Ensures system resilience and quick recovery during outages or disruptions—essential for mission-critical services. 9. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams 10. Enables consistent execution, upskills the workforce, and keeps projects aligned with infrastructure best practices. **Work model:** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
