ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant
**About the role** As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant, you will make an impact by optimizing and managing IT service management processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery and contributing to the company’s mission of enhancing operational excellence. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team and work collaboratively with team leads, sales associates and the client. **In this role, you will:** 1. **Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules** – This sets the foundation for improved service delivery and operational efficiency. 2. **Oversee the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB** – Accurate asset management is essential for reliable IT operations. 3. **Provide expert guidance on the integration of ServiceNow CSDM** – Aligning with business objectives ensures streamlined service management practices. 4. **Analyze and report on key performance indicators** – Data-driven insights help in driving continuous improvements. 5. **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT service management issues** – Effective teamwork ensures smooth operations and quick problem resolution **Work model:** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
