Job description

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response SME. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Job Responsibilities:ServiceNow implementation experience in Security operation - Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance.Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset – not limited to) will be an added advantageWorking experience in implementation of catalog items and record producers.Working experience in configuring Vulnerability response applications and integration with one of vulnerability scanner toolConfiguration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows or flows.Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows -to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the serviceUses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in Service Now.Performs integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration.Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.Thorough understanding of ServiceNow Security incident response and Vulnerable Item processesPerforms system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Hands on experience on ServiceNow Security operations Vulnerability Response, Hands on experience on ITSM moduleShould have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systemShould be able to hold discussions with the clients on the best approach for the client after analyzing their environmentMust have working experience Agile environmentExperience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modulesHands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX.Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc…).Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.Hands-on experience working with relational databases.Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAX.Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.Service Now Certified Application Developer is an AdvantagePreferred Qualification:Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology including requirements elicitation, architecture definition and design, solution implementation and roll out.Evaluate multiple products for compliance across Enterprise Service Management and suggest best solution, products, architectures meeting the guiding principles of Greenfield, Cloud based, mobile first and zero customization.Define, plan and develop solutions, frameworks, IPs etc. around ServiceNow and Service Management Domain. Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts; create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide.Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving ServiceNow.Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architectureExperience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.Ability to understand ServiceNow lifecycle, multitask, time management skillsSupport and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments.Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingPractical experience with agile methodologies/tools Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.Excellent in Verbal, written communication.Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes. Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teamsCross functional Knowledge on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information
