Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.
Work schedule: WFH mostly, with Client's office attendance
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in industry
Wide experience with ServiceNow (Business development activities)
Client-facing business experience
Proven track record in sales and sales enablement
Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
French + English speaker
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
Pre-sales activities as nice to have skill
