ServiceNow Quality Assurance Analyst
**About the job you’re considering** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow QA Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on ServiceNow platform testing **Your role** + Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and integrations. + Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across various ServiceNow modules. + Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. + Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow's built-in capabilities. + Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. + Validate ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring no disruption to existing functionality. + Automate test cases using tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework) or third-party automation tools. + Maintain and improve QA documentation, standards, and best practices. **Your skills and experience** + 5 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow. + Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows. + Experience with ATF, Selenium, or other automation tools. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
