ServiceNow Pod Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Development Pod Manager** to lead and manage our ServiceNow development teams across various modules, including ITSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM, and SPM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions while fostering a positive and productive team culture. You will leverage your expertise in Scrum processes, team management, and ServiceNow development to optimize team performance, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. **The shift will be starting approximately at 2 pm IST.** **Key Responsibilities:** · Team Leadership & Management: · Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams (pods) aligned with specific modules (ITSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM, SPM). · Manage team performance, including setting goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. · Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture. · Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the teams. · Manage team resources, including onboarding, and training. · Delivery & Productivity Management: · Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines. · Monitor team productivity and delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement. · Implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. · Work with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog. · Stakeholder Management: · Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. · Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. · Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts. · ServiceNow Expertise: · Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, particularly in the areas of ITSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM, and SPM. · Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and releases. · Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. **Qualifications & Skills:** · 7+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing development teams in a ServiceNow environment. · Proven experience in leading and managing teams focused on delivering ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM, and SPM. · Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices. · Certifications: · ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) are a plus. · Technical Skills: · Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. · Familiarity with Agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). · Soft Skills: · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. · Ability to motivate and inspire teams. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Why Join Us?** · Be a key leader in driving innovation and delivering value to our organization through ServiceNow. · Opportunity to build and manage high-performing development teams. · Work on challenging and impactful projects that improve healthcare delivery. · Competitive salary and benefits package.
