Responsibilities Platform administrator – A technical resource who performs the day-to-day administration of the platform.Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environmentsPerforms application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediationManages support for incidentsLeads upgrade planning and executionManages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.Provides configuration assistance to developers Qualifications Top Secret/SCI clearanceU.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearanceBachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related work experienceExperience  leading the administration of an enterprise ServiceNow platform inside a scaled Agile FrameworkProven experience with an on-premises instance of ServiceNow  Experience leading enterprise patching tasks for large scale environments and complex project  Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
