Short Description: Looking for Developer - HRSD, ITSM

Location : Brisbane, Australia

Salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893(Annual Gross)

Developer – HRSD, ITSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.

Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.Work on ServiceNow portal, Java script , UI Page. Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing etc.Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.
Skill / Competencies / Experience:

ESSENTIALBachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or EngineeringAt least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementationExperience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSDExcellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reportingExcellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutionsProven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasksProven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demandsExcellent analytical and time management skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in EnglishStrong stakeholder relationship building skillsStrong project management skills
PREFERREDAt least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementationStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
ADDITIONAL Excellent customer facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
