The opportunity
EY’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice is an advisory unit that provides risk management support to banks, insurers and asset managers. Our team includes individuals who have industry, client and product knowledge as well as quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology professionals. Along with our team, you'll work together to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance and energy trading companies, and other organizations.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Senior Consultant/Manager with a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow technology and a robust development background. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with specialized expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) areas. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder objectives. Provide expert consultation on best practices for ServiceNow IRM ensuring adherence to industry standards and ServiceNow implementation best practices. Define and document the architecture of ServiceNow IRM implementations, overseeing their deployment and ensuring they meet stakeholder objectives. Develop and maintain architecture and solution designs that support stakeholder objectives, ensuring compliance with ServiceNow implementation best practices. Conduct assessments of the effort and complexity of ServiceNow enhancements via demands or projects, providing technical evaluations against the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with business partners, architects, and other teams to identify and address complex technical and functional needs of systems. Establish and recommend changes in development standards, including design and coding standards, to enhance overall platform quality and maintainability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship in platform development and platform-wide solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable implementations. Lead GRC processes and technology enablement initiatives, providing guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders. Participate in RFPs/RFIs responses and proposals, including preparing project plans, expected project timelines, and resource allocation. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ideas and advocating for technology solutions. Work independently and efficiently under tight timelines, consistently delivering high-quality results by critical deadlines. Apply Agile and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies to manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have
University degree in finance, computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IRM. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations, with a solid understanding of the ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators, as well as solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, and integrations. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, AJAX, CSS, and JSON, with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB structure and data model. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, Flow Designer, UI builder, Scripted REST APIs, ACLs, and integrations. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Prior consulting experience is a plus, along with familiarity with Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies. Bilingual skills in French and English are a strong asset.
