Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Industry Expert in the Digital Workplace Solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching customer-centric ServiceNow offerings covering the customer workflow (CSM, SSM, LSM) and assisting with deal solutioning. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the SME for deal solutioning.

Budget and Resource Management:

Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:
