JD: Years of Experience Required 3-5 years (A) 5-8 years (SA) Technology – Runbook Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Build Automation · Should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub & Orchestration Design, Development, Product support experience for heterogeneous set **Job Description:** Mandatory skills · Should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub (ServiceNow IH) and Orchestration · Experience in developing Flows, SubFlows & Action through Flow Designer as per the requirement. · Experience in using existing Spokes and custom integration in single and distributed environment. · Experience in using and troubleshooting Java Script in Flows, SubFlows and Actions. · Intermittent knowledge on CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping · Strong working knowledge in REST, SOAP and scripting like Python, PowerShell, etc. and should possess SQL knowledge · Knowledge in Operating system Windows, Linux, and Network etc. · Develop automation workflows based on the requirement by working closely with specific SMEs to gather the necessary information with an ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
