Summary: The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in utilizing and implementing the HAMPro and SAMPro modules within the ServiceNow platform and will play a pivotal role in our IT Asset and Software Asset Management operations. Key Responsibilities: * Implement and manage ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAMPro) modules * Develop and maintain asset management processes and workflows to ensure accurate tracking and management of IT assets and software licenses * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address asset and software management needs * Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and optimize software license usage to achieve cost savings * Generate and analyze reports on hardware and software assets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement * Train and support end-users on asset management processes and the use of HAMPro and SAMPro modules * Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT Asset and Software Asset Management
