**Job Summary** Experienced ServiceNow developer exposed to complex API integrations with other tools like Salesforce SAP. Capable to document High Level designs of complex solutions develop complex features and guide other less senior devs on best practices and on the job. **Responsibilities** + Analyze and optimize ServiceNow Order Management processes to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of API work models into existing systems. + Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and user experience. + Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. + Provide technical support and guidance to team members to ensure successful project execution. + Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. + Implement innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges and improve service delivery. + Oversee the documentation of processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across the team. + Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. + Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize resource allocation. + Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets to achieve desired outcomes. + Foster a collaborative work environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow Order Management and API work models with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. + Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. + Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Show ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Have experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance system performance. + Display knowledge of industry standards and best practices in order management and API integration. + Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges efficiently. **Certifications Required** Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification **HIGH QUALITY PROJECTS.** You will take part in demanding projects focused mainly on digitalization or even start projects from scratch.
