On behalf of on our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join an ongoing project. The initial contract is for 6 months with excellent extension opportunities.

Start date: ASAP Duration 6 months + extensions Location: Europe Remote role. Languages: English

Skills:

7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and solutioning. Deep expertise in CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, APM, EAW and SPM. Working knowledge of SPM and its integration with other modules. Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, and scripting. Proven ability to lead complex engagements and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in operationalizing CSDM 4.0 and aligning the data model with business processes. Architect and implement scalable solutions in CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, APM, EAW, and SPM. Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and governance activities to ensure successful adoption and value realization. Define and enforce data modeling standards, CMDB health strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, product owners, and developers. Provide thought leadership and guidance on platform capabilities, roadmap planning, and innovation opportunities. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic recommendations.
