We are looking for a ServiceNow - Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HAM/SAM, etc.) Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications, etc. Build and optimize Service Portals, widgets, and catalog items with a user-centric design Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and spokes Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment processes Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing ServiceNow implementations Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with standard methodologies Collaborate with partners, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions Handle data imports, transform maps, scheduled jobs, and background scripts Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and UAT Support upgrades and patching activities, ensuring compatibility of custom developments with new releases Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and standard methodologies

You’ll win us over by:

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 1+ year in the CSM module Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Catalog, Knowledge, etc. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations Proven knowledge of data security between scopes, including cross-scope privilege management and carrying out scoped access controls Good understanding of ServiceNow Translation Framework and implementing multilingual support across modules Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Client-side/server-side scripting Understanding of data models, Access Control (ACL), and CSM-specific roles and permissions Demonstrable understanding of ServiceNow upgrade process and handling deprecated features ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Good to have

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / Implementation Specialist Experience with DevOps for ServiceNow (ATF, pipelines, source control integration) Project based experience in data migration/validation Experience with AI Search, Next Experience UI, and Workspaces Understanding of ITIL process Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
