Overview We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support the design and implementation of a complex workflow service that enables customers to request critical backend services. This role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow’s latest platform capabilities (Xanadu) and a strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies. Responsibilities + Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow workflows for backend service requests. + Development and configure: + Playbooks (Hierarchical), Playbook Activities (Standard and Custom), Playbook Experience (Standard and Custom). + Flows, Sub-flows, and Spokes. + UI elements: Forms, Playbook Activity UI, Layouts. + Workspaces and Experiences (Standard and Custom). + Custom Tables, Service Catalogs, Portals, and ACLs. + Utilize tools such as Workflow Studio, UI Builder, Playbook Experience Builder, and Flow Designer. + Integrate workflows with supporting systems across multiple fulfillment teams. + Migrate legacy processes into ServiceNow. + Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain user stories in alignment with SAFe practices. + Contribute to design sessions, provide technical insights, and peer-review code and configurations. + Maintain documentation and support testing efforts. Qualifications + Proven experience with ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments. + Strong hands-on experience with the Xanadu platform release. + Proficiency in building and customizing Playbooks, Flows, and Workspaces. + Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams. Certifications (Required/Preferred): + Required: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). + Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Specialist (CAS), Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Education: + Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline and 15+ years’ work experience. + Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (25 years total). Clearance: + The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Location: + Monday - Friday (8:00 - 4:30 PM CST) + Remote, USA. Pay Range: + The pay for this position ranges from $92,205 to $110,375. + The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. + Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. + TISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
