They possess knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript. This individual is also proficient in using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, and can design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment. They can implement different ServiceNow modules and customize them as needed. **Required technical and professional expertise** Field Service Management (FSM) ServiceNow Developer, you need a deep understanding of both the ServiceNow platform and the Field Service domain.
