You Are:
UST is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating solution designs and implementing various components within the ServiceNow platform, focusing Scoped Application Development. This role requires expertise in data management, user experience design, logic and automation, requirements gathering and application security.
The opportunity:
· Design and develop scoped applications using ServiceNow's App Engine Studio or Service Portal.
· Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development.
· Utilize ServiceNow's out-of-the-box (OOTB) table structure effectively.
· Implement best practices for table design and data structure optimization.
· Manage and optimize ServiceNow data tables for performance and scalability.
· Build and configure workspaces using Workspace Builder.
· Design and implement user interfaces with UI Builder/Service Portal.
· Customize and configure the core UI of ServiceNow to enhance user experience.
· Ensure comprehensive understanding and implementation of Access Control Lists (ACLs).
· Manage user access provisioning and maintenance to ensure secure and compliant access.

What you need:
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio of scoped applications and solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's data structures, table design, and optimization techniques.
· In depth knowledge of best practice for SDLC.
· In depth knowledge of Service Portal technology
· Proficiency in Workspace Builder, UI Builder, and core UI configuration.
· Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom spoke development.
· Solid grasp of ACLs and user access management within ServiceNow.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $82,000-$125,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
