CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Consultant opening for our client in Kansas. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: Provide configuration, customization, and maintenance support for ServiceNow implementations. Lead the team in defining and building ServiceNow strategies, focusing on value vs. effort. Prepare cost-benefit models and contribute to solution design through effort estimation and costing. Configure and maintain specific ServiceNow modules aligned with ITIL processes and service management best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor solutions within budget guidelines and ensure alignment with client requirements. Support project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications. Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionality and modules. Proficiency in web technologies such as XML, HTML, and Web Services. Familiarity with technical components such as LDAP, VPN, and SSL. Ability to negotiate and collaborate with clients and technical teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to have: Field Service Management (FSM) experience, strong development background, and ability to lead technical design and development of ServiceNow FSM modules. Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Application Developer. Background in implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules with ITIL processes. Experience contributing to solution design, estimation, and strategy planning. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
