**Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant specializing in the Health & Safety module. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow Health & Safety solutions to enhance our organization's safety processes. This person must be located in Omaha, Nebraska or open to relocating and being onsite day 1.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Health & Safety requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
+ Design, implement, and configure the ServiceNow Health & Safety module to meet business needs.
+ Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of the Health & Safety module to ensure peak performance and compliance.
+ Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of the Health & Safety module.
+ Provide expertise and guidance on integrating the Health & Safety module with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications.
+ Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to the Health & Safety module.
+ Maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
+ Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
+ Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the Health & Safety module.
+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ ServiceNow Certification in ITSM, Health & Safety, or related areas.
+ Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
The base salary range for this position is $91,457 **-** $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
