**ServiceNow COE Leader**
Location: Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Leader to drive the growth of our ServiceNow software services business specifically focused on CRM, HRSD and SOM. This role will be instrumental in expanding our ServiceNow practice by working closely with clients to understand their business needs and with ServiceNow as a strategic partner to co-develop and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead strategic pursuits, and drive pipeline growth across industries. Creating differentiation to competition, win strategies for deals , generating a pipeline and order booking of 20 M, specifically towards CRM, HRSD and SOM.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key clients to understand their digital transformation goals and position ServiceNow-based solutions in CRM, HRSD and SOM areas.
• Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with ServiceNow, fostering a strong partnership to align on joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and innovation roadmaps.
• Practice Leadership: Guide the development of ServiceNow capabilities, including talent development, solution accelerators, and industry-specific offerings.
• Thought Leadership: Build a strong differentiator on ServiceNow and present our differentiation in ServiceNow ecosystem events, webinars, and industry forums.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 10 years in enterprise software services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on ServiceNow specifically on CRM, HRSD and SOM.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (CRM, HRSD and SOM) and interconnection with other ServiceNow Modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.
• Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large-scale transformation programs, and building high-performing teams.
• Relationship Management: Strong experience in managing C-level relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with industry-specific ServiceNow solutions.
• Good Understanding of Agentic and Gen AI , activation of same with Now Assist.
• Familiarity with agile delivery models and digital transformation frameworks.
