ServiceNow Business Analyst - Core

Fresenius Medical Care is the world's leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases of which around 4,2 million patients worldwide regularly undergo dialysis treatment. Dialysis is a vital blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidneys in case of kidney failure.

Our Global Business Services teams provide essential services to our Fresenius Medical Care teams around the world that make it possible for us to deliver life-changing care to more than 75,000 patients annually. 

This position is located in Bangalore,  in our newly built GBS Hub. Shift starts at 12:30 IST during summer and 1:30 IST during winter time.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating agile development methodologies to drive efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Serve as a Business Analyst for agile development teams, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

·       Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities.

·       Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives.

·       Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, gathering feedback to validate system functionality.

·       Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ServiceNow administrators.

·       Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance.

·       Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

·       Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams.

·       Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

·       Experience in Health & Safety compliance is a plus.
