Our ServiceNow platform is a key enabler of operational efficiency and digital transformation, and we’re continuously evolving it to meet the needs of our business and customers. **What you’ll be doing** + Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements across various ServiceNow modules. + Advocating for Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. + Challenging proposed custom solutions when configuration can meet the same business need. + Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. + Working across different areas of the ServiceNow platform to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices. + Supporting testing, training, and change management activities related to platform improvements. + Building strong relationships with engineering, product, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery. **What you’ll bring along** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. + Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s Out-of-the-Box capabilities across multiple modules. + Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. + Ability to critically assess technical proposals and guide stakeholders toward optimal platform usage. + Comfortable navigating and contributing across different areas of the ServiceNow platform. + Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. + Experience in writing clear documentation, user stories, and process flows. + ServiceNow Fundamentals or Business Analyst certification. + Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SAM, or other ServiceNow modules. + Familiarity with configuration vs. customisation principles in enterprise platforms. + Excellent command of both spoken and written English. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
