ServiceNow Architect/Lead
CompuCom
**ServiceNow Architect/Lead**
**Job Description** **:**
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Architect to assess the current state of our multi-tenant ServiceNow platform and lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate platform capabilities, identify gaps, and define a high-impact task list that drives maturity, automation, and reusability across the ecosystem.
As the platform architect, you will reimagine and rebuild solutions using native ServiceNow capabilities wherever possible, extending the platform thoughtfully when needed. Your focus will include enhancing tenant isolation, optimizing data models and workflows, and establishing repeatable, modular design patterns to support sustainable growth.
A strong understanding of user and identity management best practices is essential, particularly in environments that integrate with customer systems such as Azure AD, LDAP, or SAML/SSO. You will define secure onboarding strategies, tenant-aware access models, and robust role-based access controls.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who excels at platform modernization, process improvement, and enterprise-scale architecture—bringing deep technical knowledge in domain separation, integration architecture, OAuth, SCIM, and API management.
