**Job Summary** The Project Manager will oversee the execution of projects within the Oil and Gas domain leveraging expertise in Solution Design and Architecture ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage hybrid work models and ensure project success during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to optimizing processes and enhancing service delivery impacting the companys growth and societal advancements. **Responsibilities** + Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. + Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and architect solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements. + Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. + Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. + Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement driving continuous enhancement of processes. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards maintaining the integrity of project deliverables. + Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and presentations for stakeholders. + Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units ensuring clarity and understanding. + Manage resources efficiently optimizing the use of personnel and technology to achieve project goals. + Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to stakeholders highlighting successes and areas for growth. + Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. + Drive innovation within the team encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies. Qualifications + Possess a strong background in Solution Design and Architecture with proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM. + Demonstrate expertise in the Oil and Gas domain understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. + Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders. + Show proficiency in project management methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery. + Exhibit analytical skills able to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. + Be adaptable to hybrid work models maintaining productivity and collaboration across remote and in-office settings. + Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in project management or ServiceNow being advantageous.
